Shipping

Free US shipping on every order. No minimum, no discount code needed.

Production & Shipping Times

  • Production: 2–4 business days (each canvas is made to order)
  • US shipping: 3–5 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground
  • International shipping: 7–14 business days (UK, Canada, Australia, most EU)

Packaging

Every canvas ships in protective foam corners inside a double-walled cardboard box, wrapped in tissue paper. We've never had one arrive damaged — but if something goes wrong, see below.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived in the window above, message me and I'll look into it same day.

Returns

Because each canvas is printed to order, I don't accept general returns. But I stand behind every piece — so if yours arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you expected in a real way, I'll make it right:

  • Damaged in shipping: full replacement, no return required — just send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery
  • Printing defect: full replacement or refund, your choice
  • Wrong item received: full replacement at no cost
  • Changed your mind: I can offer a 50% refund within 7 days — the materials cost is the same either way
